Kingsway City Shopping Centre commenced trading in March 1996.The centre was officially opened on Tuesday 7th May 1996 by the Premier of Western Australia, the Hon. Richard Court and the Mayor of the City of Wanneroo.

Kingsway City Shopping Centre is a modern complex providing visitors with the most excellent experience in shopping, services and dining. Situated north of Perth in the suburb of Madeley, in an area of more than 30,000 homes, Kingsway City is dedicated to being an integral part of the community it serves.
The Centre is located approximately 22 kilometres north of the Perth CBD, along the northern corridor in the City of Wanneroo.
The Centre’s primary and secondary markets comprise approximately 134,847 residents (based on 2008 City of Wanneroo Population forecasts) with 57.35% living within the Centres important primary catchment area.
The Centre also continues to boast an impressive Kids Club with over 1,325 current members and Over 55 Club 762 current members. Kingsway City is dedicated to being part of the community
