Local, family owned business West Coast Bus Charters (WCBC) score college contract with fellow Wanneroo Business Association (WBA) member.

Having been members of the WBA for 2 years, WCBC were introduced to the Principal of Irene McCormack Catholic College at a WBA sundowner. Already supplying bus services to the College, WCBC were keen to fulfil all bus transportation needs and walked away with the contract.

VET Coordinator at Irene McCormack Catholic College, Erin Gallen, said that the collaboration with WCBC was consolidated through membership in Wanneroo Business Association. ‘West Coast Bus Charters provides a bus charter service for students living in the Two Rocks/Yanchep area for Irene McCormack Catholic College and Brighton Catholic Primary School. They also provide bus services for all Irene McCormack camps, excursions and sporting events,’ she went on to add.

Geoff Mead, owner of West Coast Bus Charters explained that they had started working with IMCC in early 2017, supplying various types of vehicles for all their needs. As well as providing great service and clean, reliable vehicles, WCBC knew they could do more to streamline their needs.

He went on to add that ‘at a WBA sundowner the Principal and I chatted about going the extra mile and contracting to the school to supply all their charter vehicles and to also start private school runs in 2018 and we are very pleased to say that now the contract is signed and WCBC and IMCC will now continue to build our working relationship together into the future.’
